Special stainless steel for projectiles is used in environments requiring excellent corrosion resistance and high strength.

By utilizing the vacuum melting method of the HVM, Through the time-effective heat treatment system, we produce products that improve hardness by extracting intermetallic compounds such as Cu, Al, Ti and Nb. These products are supplied to aerospace customers.

Special alloys for projectile are used for combustion engines that must withstand high temperatures, high pressure and extreme cold simultaneously for a short combustion period, producing and supplying high quality products with our vacuum-proofing, technical processes and fine tissue control.

SOFC is a system that is considered a new and renewable energy source for global energy solutions.
It is the most efficient fuel cell system. Also, it is actively studied as a small and medium-sized power generation system for households due to the availability of various fuels. 

The SOFC separation plate serves as a connection for each unit cell. At the same time, it acts as a separating material that physically separates hydrogen and oxygen,

which are fuel for fuel cells. HVM has developed and produced a suitable metal separation plate material with rare earth elements.

This product has mechanical, physical and chemical properties that exceed the limits. Among Korea’s 13 largest future industries, it has new features and capabilities that are specialized to wearable smart devices and composite materials. Low elasticity and ultra-strength make it flexible and resilient up to dozens of times more than conventional metals. Also, the body has no allergic reactions, does not corrode in seawater, and does not change its physical characteristics. Ni-Ti Alloy / Co-CR Alloy

Ni-Ti alloys represent ultra-elastic deformation and shape-memory properties, and are being recovered to their original state without plastic deformation even in highly curved vessels. HVM communicates with customers at the highest quality and produces high quality products. Co-Cr alloys are highly corrosion resistant to high strength, abrasion resistance, body fluids and physiological loads, and are widely used as dentistry materials and artificial joint materials. Using a vacuum casting method, the customer’s desired specifications are developed and It’s produced at the highest quality.
